Pizza Lucia
Ingredients
1 dough ball for a 9" pizza
Pizza tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Rocket salad
Cherry tomatoes quartered
Parmasan shavings
Cook a Margaheta pizza and remove it from the oven.
Place rocket salad, cherry tomatoes and parmasan shavings on top and drizzle with olive oil.
DO NOT re-heat in the oven.
