The Piccolo Domestic Oven

The Piccolo oven is different to the other ovens in that it is only available in one size and it operates on a slightly different principle. Instead of cooking the food on the same floor as the fire the Piccolo has two floors, the lower for the fire and the upper for the food.

As its' name implies this oven is the smallest of all our ovens. The Piccolo can cook two 12" pizza's at a time and will take a small sized baking tray.

Remember as well as cooking the perfect pizza your oven will also be able to cook anything which can be cooked in a conventional oven or a barbecue. For example we have cooked; roast pork, fish, stews, bread, bread & butter pudding & rhubarb crumble.

The oven is simple to install for anyone competent at DIY or we do offer a full installation service. Due to its' cast iron front this oven is most suitable for indoor installation. Outdoor installation is possible although rusting of the front is inevitable but it can be cleaned and re-sprayed.
