About the complex, the apartment and the area...
The complex is set within fabulous grounds boasting beautifully appointed gardens and a large swimming pool with adjacent poolside facilities and benefiting from complete privacy from the outside world, being electronically gated and manned 24hrs by security at a gated entrance. All apartments have electric shutters to all windows and patio doors.
For further comfort, there is underground parking accessed by remote control to electronically operated gates and garage door. (No more trying to park the car in the shade!).
At the beach itself there are two restaurants (see picture from one of them) boasting excellent cuisine, and a beach bar happily named the 'Hippo' bar.
A short distance away, across the N340, are three fabulous golf courses. The Rio Real, Santa Clara and the Marbella golf club.
Within the complex there are four tennis courts and a short walk away is a tennis academy complex should you require a more competitive edge.
Also a short walk away is the local supermarket which has a fairly large selection of everything one needs.
Marbella town (Orange Square) itself is 3kms away. This is a mere 5 minute drive or one can take the excellent local bus service or it is near enough to take a cab without the usual high costs associated with apartments in so called 'near' locations.
In Marbella itself you will find a wealth of shops ranging from the high street shop to the exclusive designer boutiques. Old Marbella town is at the heart of Marbella, and has a fascinating history with beautiful architecture, small cobbled walkways and at the centre is the famous Orange Square.
Los Monteros Beach club is a short walk away and Nikki Beach club is about 5 minutes in the car. Between the apartment and Marbella is Silk beach (restaurant and beach club).
