Asbestos Surveys

We are conveniently based in Birchwood Park, Warrington. Our Consultants have the accreditation, qualifications and experience in all types of asbestos survey. We provide:

Type 1: Location and Assessment Survey - Presumptive Survey
Type 2: Standard Sampling, Identification and Assessment Survey - Sampling Survey
Type 3: Full Access Sampling and Identification Survey - Pre Demolition/Major Refurbishment Survey.

Survey in Progress - Sampling Thermal Lagging All our surveys are conducted in strict accordance to the Health and Safety Executive guidance document MDHS 100. All our samples are sent to an independent UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis.

Our survey reports are of the highest quality and provide the essential basis for your duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006.

As we are specialists in Type 3 surveys, we provide a fast turnaround service for this category of survey, if required by our client, reports can be completed and issued within 3 working weekdays from the completion of site works! This premium service is unheard of within our industry, but Brookwood Consultancy Limited can deliver this when necessary.

Brookwood Consultancy Limited can also provide a unique survey, which will be conducted post removal works. This will ensure that your removal and clearance testing has been done to the correct standards and avoid you being left with any unwanted surprises. A report willll then be issued showing areas of concern, so that our clients can present them to their contactors and analytical company to rectify the problems immediately.
